Whether your business is just starting out, or you’re already established, you can better spend your time pursuing your passions, rather than keeping your books.
Your time is valuable. Unless you love the activity, you should delegate it to the professionals.
Would you rather work on your accounting, or strategize how you can better serve your clients? Would you rather work on your accounting, or would you rather spend time with friends and family? If you would rather work on your accounting, you don’t need me.
If you’d rather spend your time on more productive or pleasurable activities, its time to outsource the accounting.

I’ve been working in accounting for the past 11 years. I have a large variety of accounting experience; I’ve been a licensed CPA since 2002; and I’ve received many compliments for being well organized, detail-oriented, and a master multitasker.
My workpapers provide a clear audit trail, which makes it easy to follow the money. Should you ever have to experience an audit, a clear audit trail helps the process move along more quickly and easily. I will also prepare your financial statements and any other supporting documentation your tax preparer requests so they can prepare your taxes with less effort, saving you money.
I really enjoy bookkeeping and I have a passion for helping people. Please allow me to help you become more successful by keeping your books clean and organized so you can focus on the highest and best use of your time.

Yes, of course! If you own more than one entity, or you would like us to keep the books for your business and your personal finances, you will be treated as one client, under a single plan.
However, the billing can be segregated for ease of tracking and tax return preparation.

I don’t prepare taxes for two reasons:
1) I haven’t prepared taxes full-time in several years and I no longer feel qualified to prepare your taxes. You should entrust that task to someone who does it full-time, as a profession, and will give you the best possible counsel. I won’t perform a service for you if I don’t feel confident in my capabilities.
2) I don’t like preparing income tax returns. Remember when I said you should only do it if you love it? I don’t love it, so I outsource that task, even for my own businesses.

Yes. If we receive a new client who was referred by you, and they remain a client for at least two months, we will provide you with complimentary bookkeeping.
You will earn two hours of bookkeeping for referring a Pay As You Go client, and five complimentary hours for referring a client who chooses any of the other plans.

So that I can provide the best service possible, I must limit the work I can accept, based on the time my current clients require.
This leaves me plenty of resources to devote to each client. It also means that I won't get distracted from your business needs.
